MBJ Best Places to Work 1580x1000

MILWAUKEE (Sept. 12, 2025) – Laughlin Constable (LC), the independent, full-service, brand experiences agency, announced it has been recognized as one of Milwaukee Business Journal’s “Best Places to Work” in 2025, listed as #12 in the category of medium sized companies.

In selecting honorees, Milwaukee Business Journal partners with Workforce Research Group, an independent firm that manages the survey and data collection. The rankings are based on confidential surveys of employees that measure success in team dynamics, trust in leadership, communication and more, with only the top-scoring companies in the region earning the coveted right to be named one of the Best Places to Work.

Laughlin Constable received its award at the 2025 Best Places to Work in Milwaukee awards event on Sept. 11.

According to Anthony Romano, CEO of LC, the agency is committed to creating an inspirational, creative workplace that promotes effective work-life balance, and is especially proud of its comprehensive benefit offerings, purpose-driven community giveback events, employee recognition programs and leadership development opportunities.

This recognition represents another big milestone for Laughlin Constable, whose recent accolades over the past 18 months have included winning Ad Age’s Small Agency of the Year, being named to Crain’s Chicago Business Best Places to Work, scoring a string of several new creative and media AOR clients, including the recently announced QuikTrip, and earning some of the industry’s top awards, like Effies, Clios, and Communications Arts.
