The Big Idea
Byrider is a used car and finance business consisting of over 150 franchised and company owned dealerships in 30 states. Byrider looked to LC to overhaul a hard-to-navigate digital experience in tandem with creating a modernized integrated creative campaign to improve engagement, lead quality and lead generation. The updated messaging and new website needed to resonate not only with consumers, but serve as a beacon of change to its franchisees.
Total brand transformation
After developing a baseline understanding of customer needs through primary qualitative research, we embarked on a full rebrand for Byrider. This included execution of an end-to-end transformation of all customer facing assets including the company logo, descriptor, store signage, POP and website to contemporize the look, yet retain brand awareness.
Shortly thereafter, we brought this new brand to life with “The Power of If” advertising campaign in order to change the conversation around buying and selling used cars both with customers and the franchisees.



Why it Worked
By elevating the experience, aligning flows to customer needs, and elevating the content and messaging, we were able to meet all key objectives all while driving results that were both dramatic and immediate.

For this campaign, we wanted to show just what taking a wholehearted approach to insurance means by personifying the Acuity employee as a superhero. After all, they’ll work day and night to help make sure a business issue or a home or car problem is solved the right way.
El Camino Health
Our campaign highlights area locations and landmarks with circular shapes, as well as circles that fill our everyday lives. We paired those images with powerful healthcare images, all to show that El Camino Health offers well-rounded care that revolves around the community. So when we say, “What happens out there, determines what happens in here,” we absolutely mean it.
