Laughlin Constable Public Relations Earns Double Award Honors For Campaign On Behalf Of Chicago’s Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum



(October 5, 2023) Laughlin Constable Public Relations (LCPR) today announced that it has been recognized by both the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Chicago Skyline Awards and Publicity Club of Chicago Golden Trumpet Awards, for its work on behalf of Chicago’s Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum. Both industry awards honor distinguished achievements in public relations, marketing and communications. The award-winning campaign announced and celebrated the Museum’s largest investment in 20 years, The Hawver and Lacy Families Nature’s PlaySpace. The permanent indoor play area features 3,050-square-feet of child-led play for the youngest visitors to explore a variety of Great Lakes habitat-themed sections and interactions.

The agency, along with client Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum, earned the Award of Excellence at the PRSA Skyline Awards, which is one of Chicago’s premier public relations and communications competitions, celebrating creativity and innovation in the business.

LCPR was also recognized in October 2023 for this campaign with a Silver Trumpet by the Publicity Club of Chicago. Hundreds of brands and agencies entered the 65th Publicity Club of Chicago Golden Trumpet Awards.

LCPR previously has been awarded national PRSA Silver and Bronze Anvil Awards, PRSA Southeast Wisconsin Paragon Awards and was a national 2022 PRWeek US Award finalist.
