Digital strategy is the process of specifying an organization's vision, goals and opportunities and balancing these against their target audience's needs and behaviors. This framework feeds the development of a holistic vision for a brand's execution in the digital space. Whether a strategy for a single website or a full cross-channel, digital communication strategy, our process is designed to maximize the business benefits that digital investments and efforts provide to your organization.

We’ve been there nearly since the dawn of the Internet, creating experiences that engage customers and drive business. Our ever-growing team of developers, creative, architects, business analysts, strategists and analytics specialists are dedicated to making sure your solution is using the latest tools to help convert sales, while assuring you're doing it to meet – and if we do it right – exceed your goals.
Our in-house team is well versed in a variety of platforms to build your website, which support our multi-channeled approach. And their capabilities are growing as the way customers experience technologies change at an ever-increasing rate of speed. Here are some of the ways we helped our clients meet their business needs:
Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ), Kentico Developer Certification, Microsoft Certified Professional Developer Certification (MCPD), Project Management Professional Certification (PMP), SCRUMmaster Certification (CSM), Sitecore Developer Certification
We also love creating mobile apps for our clients, which garner attention and – most importantly – convert sales. Every day, odds are better you're reading this on your phone, and so are your customers. Mobile is integral in assuring a seamless brand experience on demand. They expect to get the information they want, when and where they want it. And you want to make sure that leads to a sale on the spot. We want to help you with optimized sites and apps that lead to conversions and brand loyalty.
You’ve heard the talk. We also walk the walk. Check out some of our latest and greatest digital programs for some of our biggest clients.
Firestone Complete Auto Care
LC provided a seamless brand experience through the design and development of the Firestone Complete Auto Care website and mobile app. LC created a visually appealing, SEO enriched desktop and mobile site, boasting exceptional user experience and supporting the client's business goals. Additionally, the My Firestone app provides real value to customers. It tracks mileage, makes maintenance recommendations, gives tips on saving gas, summons roadside assistance, remembers where you parked, and – of course – helps buy tires. The end result is consumer loyalty, as we meet their needs while continuing the relationship long after the sale, keeping Firestone top-of-mind down the road.View this project
On the heels of two extremely successful (and extremely fun) campaigns, LC was invited to conceive, design, and develop a new Toppers Pizza site for customers and potential franchisees. The ask: Flash to HTML5 for better SEO, and a smoother user experience to increase sales. Continuing in the style of the – shall we say – “irreverent” programs we’d developed for the brand previously, the site nailed it.View this project
Lung Cancer Alliance
Ask around the office what our people’s favorite campaign was, and you’ll get a lot of “Lung Cancer Alliance.” Not only did it feel good to help raise awareness of this deadly disease, but we're proud of the scale of original, creative, and attention-grabbing work we produced. Sometimes you have to ignite controversy in order to bring light to a cause. Through a microsite, events, media, PR, print, social, TV, and video, the “No One Deserves to Die” campaign proved that when you want to make your own news, be loud.View this project
