Hoosier Lottery and Laughlin Constable Win Award at North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries Conference

New Cash POPTM Microsite wins, with Cash POP video entries named as finalists


(November 13, 2023) – Laughlin Constable, the independent, full-service brand experiences agency, today, with client Hoosier Lottery, is proud to announce the state lottery has received top industry recognition from North American Association of State and Provincial Lotteries (NASPL) during the 2023 annual conference and awards ceremony.

Each year, the conference recognizes outstanding achievement in the lottery industry with awards in categories such as marketing, technology, and responsible gaming. These awards highlight the best practices and innovations that are shaping the industry and provide a platform for lottery professionals to share their successes with their peers. 

The Hoosier Lottery was honored to win the prestigious award for innovation and best practices in the category of Hickey Best Website, Microsite or App for its Cash POP microsite. The state lottery was also named a finalist for both the Television Advertising Lotto and Daily Numbers Games category for its Cash POP – Always Poppin’ video and in the category of Digital Media All Draw Games for its Cash POP video.

In early 2023, the Hoosier Lottery launched Cash POP™, the first Draw game to be added to the Hoosier Lottery Draw game portfolio since 2016. The Hoosier Lottery worked with Laughlin Constable to update the Hoosier Lottery website to create excitement for and interest in Cash POP ahead of the launch and then execute on a go-live launch, delivering on the inspiration, education and information players needed to get in on the fun.
